Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single 32 oz bottle. Most properties order by the box of six bottles, which is where the pricing works in your favour.
How is Luxury Hotel Signature sold?
In 32 oz spray bottles, individually or by the box of six bottles. Boxes are single-fragrance. Larger accounts order in multiples of a box of six bottles and the discount applies automatically at checkout.
What does it cost?
A single 32 oz bottle is $19.90 and a box of six bottles is $115.00. The three Signature fragrances, Astoria Luxe, Marquis Luxe and St. Simons Island, are priced at $25.90 a bottle and $147.60 a box of six bottles.
How do volume discounts work?

Do I need a wholesale account?

Can I try a fragrance before committing to a box?
Yes. Every fragrance is available as a single bottle at the price above. Ordering one of each from a scent family is a common way to test a property before standardising.
How do I pay?

What is Multisany Signature Room Spray?
A room spray made for hospitality use rather than retail shelves — hotels, resorts, spas and vacation rentals. It is sold in 32 oz working bottles by the box, not in gift packaging. More about the company on our about page.
How many fragrances are there?
Twenty-five, grouped into five scent families: Fresh & Clean, Bamboo & Green Wood, Citrus & Verbena, Floral & Aromatic, and Sweet & Gourmand. Every fragrance is made with Ultra-Fixation.
What is Ultra-Fixation?
Every Multisany fragrance is made with Ultra-Fixation, built for spaces where the scent should still be there long after housekeeping has left: guest rooms, suites and corridors. Two to three sprays into the A/C return vent give up to 4 days of fragrance.
How long does a bottle last?
About 400 rooms per 32 oz bottle, so a box of six bottles covers roughly 2,400 rooms.
What does it work out to per room?
As low as $0.03 per room on orders of 10 boxes or more. Fragrance is still one of the least expensive lines on the housekeeping cart.

Which fragrance should I choose for my space?
We publish a guide for each scent family explaining where it belongs in a property — lobby, guest room, spa, corridor, back of house. The collections are also organised by space: Lobby & Reception, Guest Rooms, and Spa & Wellness. There is also a guide on choosing a scent for each zone of your property.
Where does it ship from?
Orlando, Florida. Orders are picked and packed there.

How much is shipping?
It is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of the order. The United States is divided into three zones by distance from Orlando. Full terms on our shipping policy.

How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship the next business day when in stock, otherwise within 3 days. After that, Standard is typically 3 to 8 business days depending on distance, and Express is 2 to 3. Both options appear at checkout on every order.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Yes, at the published zone rate. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, other US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are all served without a manual quote.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at present. The store serves US addresses only.
After the order
Can I return an order?
Within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging, provided the product has not been put into service. Fragrance cannot be resold once a container has been opened and put to use, so the policy is written around that. The full terms are on our refund policy page.
What documentation comes with the product?
A Safety Data Sheet accompanies every shipment. Safety Data Sheets and the manufacturer's compliance certificates for each fragrance are published on our compliance documentation page and can be downloaded at any time.
